Instructions

1. Place the beef in the slow cooker and top with the chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, raisins, olives, almonds, honey, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Cook on low heat for 3 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
