Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in the Nuwave Nutri Pot Pressure Cooker. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
