Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces uncooked pasta

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, plus more for topping
Instructions
