Instructions
1. Begin by preparing the marinade. In a medium bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
2. Place the beef strips into a large resealable bag, and pour the marinade over top. Seal the bag and mix it around, so that the beef is evenly coated. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Once the beef has marinated, place it in the crock pot. Add the vegetables and mix everything together.
4. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3 hours, or until the beef is tender.
