- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Start by browning the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the beef is cooked through, drain any excess fat from the pan and add the beef to the crock pot.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the crock pot. Stir the ingredients together.
