  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs. Mix until combined.
  2. Add the ground beef and chopped onion to the bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Grease an Instant Pot inner pot with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Form the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the Instant Pot.
  5. Close the lid and set the pressure valve to sealing.
  6. Press the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” button and set the timer for 25 minutes.
